If you are having an issue logging in, it could be the region you are trying to login to is having an issue. To rule this out, please try specifying the Welcome region before clicking the login button. If you are able to login there, then likely the region you were trying to login into is having a problem. If you are the region owner, you can restart it yourself using the avatar control panel. If the region is not yours, please contact the owner, or submit a support ticket letting us know and we’ll be glad to restart it.
If, after specifying the welcome region you are still unable to login, Please check the main website to see the status of the virtual world, if it appears offline then we are most likely performing maintenance and will have the world back online soon.
If the status show the world as online, then you can try to reboot your modem as this will sometimes cause your provider to send you on a new “path” to our servers which may resolve the issue.
